Optimizing integrations between Salesforce and financial systems to create unified customer records
Congressional Federal Credit Union realized they needed a CRM to consolidate all their customer records between all their financial systems including Temenos, LegiStorm, MeridianLink, Finastra, and Fiserv. The goal was to provide their customers with an easy to access unified view. After selecting the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Congressional Federal Credit Union worked with a Salesforce Consulting partner to help implement Salesforce and integrate it their financial systems. The Lingk Cloud Data Integration Platform was selected to be used as the integration platform as it could support the volume they demanded.
After seamlessly running these integrations for several years, Congressional Federal Credit Union brought in Lingk to optimize their daily number of records being processed. Every 15 minutes they were pulling data out of the financial systems into Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, processing over 1B records a month. Lingk successfully reduced the number of records being processed a month to 60M, a 94% reduction.
